BlockPay LLC (“BlockPay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is incorporated in the State of Georgia, United States. We operate a B2B crypto payment infrastructure platform allowing merchants to accept cryptocurrency via NFC-enabled physical devices. These Terms govern your access to and use of the BlockPay platform, merchant dashboard, payment infrastructure, NFC hardware, and associated services.
To use BlockPay you must be at least 18 years of age, be a legal resident or entity in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency commerce is lawful, not be prohibited under applicable sanctions laws, and have legal authority to enter into binding contracts.
You must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at keilan@blockpay.live if you suspect unauthorized access.
BlockPay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes: configuring NFC devices, displaying live FX rates to customers, receiving crypto payments, and accessing your merchant dashboard.
Title to hardware transfers to you upon shipment. All sales are final unless the device arrives defective — notify us within 14 days of receipt. Do not tamper with, reverse-engineer, or modify the NFC firmware of any BlockPay device.
BlockPay charges subscription fees based on your selected plan plus per-transaction fees as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to update our fee schedule with 30 days’ written notice.
Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile. BlockPay is not responsible for losses arising from price movements between the time a payment is initiated and confirmed on-chain. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
BlockPay is non-custodial. We do not hold, store, or control your cryptocurrency funds at any point. Payments go directly from the customer’s wallet to the wallet address you configure. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet private keys.
You agree not to use BlockPay for any unlawful activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, sale of illegal goods, fraudulent transactions, or any activity that violates the rights of third parties.
BlockPay and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service. White-label customers receive a limited license to use BlockPay’s infrastructure under their own branding; BlockPay retains all underlying IP rights.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOCKPAY’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) FEES YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your merchant dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period. BlockPay may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

The short version: BlockPay is non-custodial — we never see, hold, or access your cryptocurrency funds or private keys. Our data collection is limited to what’s necessary to operate the service.

What we do not collect: wallet private keys, seed phrases, or any personal information about customers who make payments through your BlockPay device.
We use collected information to manage your account, process billing, display transaction history, provide support, send service notifications, detect fraud, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use it for behavioral advertising.
We share personal information only with service providers (billing, hosting, email — bound by confidentiality obligations), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. We never sell, rent, or trade personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
We use essential cookies (session management, security) and anonymized analytics cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
We retain account information and transaction logs for as long as your account is active and up to 7 years thereafter. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 60 days, except where retention is required by law.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. We never transmit or store your wallet private keys or seed phrases.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information. Email keilan@blockpay.live to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
BlockPay is a B2B service intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify you by email where appropriate.
