1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BlockPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Service description

BlockPay provides a non custodial cryptocurrency payment gateway. Merchants may use the platform to generate payment links and QR codes to receive crypto from customers. BlockPay facilitates but does not intermediate transactions.

3. Merchant obligations

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including tax reporting obligations. You may not use BlockPay for illegal activities, money laundering, or prohibited goods and services.

4. Fees

Fees are charged per the plan you select at registration. BlockPay reserves the right to update fees with 30 days notice. Subscription fees are non refundable.

5. Limitation of liability

BlockPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 3 months.
